ProLon® The Fasting Mimicking Diet

The ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet was developed at the University of Southern California (USC) at the Longevity Institute by a team of PhDs and other doctors who specialize in obesity medicine. The diet includes a blend of different soups, bars, and snacks that have a specific caloric, fiber, and vitamin/mineral content to keep you full and help induce weight loss. Completing the ProLon diet is the equivalent of a 5-day water fast, but is safe, even for clients on a heavy medication regimen.
