What is Lifestyle Medicine?

Lifestyle medicine is the evidence -based practice that uses predominantly whole food plant-based diet, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and other non-drug modalities to treat, prevent, and reverse lifestyle-related chronic diseases.

Most of the chronic diseases we experience are best on our lifestyle choices. These diseases can be prevented, managed, and reversed through lifestyle changes.  Countless studies have shown that eating a predominately whole food plant-based diet, engaging in regular physical activity, getting adequate sleep, managing stress, and avoiding risky substances can prevent and reverse many of these diseases. 

As a lifestyle medicine coach, I provide you with a one-on-one customized plan that will get you to your health goals. In our sessions, we take a deeper look at areas that might be sabotaging your health progress. 

Do you have: Hypertension· High cholesterol, Pre-diabetes (High blood sugar), Excess abdominal fat, diabetes, Coronary artery disease? If you answer yes to any of these, this package was made with mind.
